Refund policy

At Noon J Nation, every piece is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour variations due to screen settings
- Personal preferences after delivery
- Orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your parcel.
To process a claim, you must provide:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- One continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened
An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Review of Claims
All claims are reviewed individually by our team.
If NoonJ Nation determines that the item was damaged before delivery or an incorrect item was sent, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Send a replacement item (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund for the affected product
Non-Eligible Claims
We are unable to accept claims for:
- Minor variations in handmade products
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Claims reported after the stated reporting period
Handmade & Artisan Pieces
Many NoonJ Nation pieces are handmade or artisan-crafted. As a result, slight variations in colour, stone patterns, bead placement, texture, or finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of the unique character of each piece and should not be considered defects or grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
